What does program acceleration consulting cover?
01A time-bound review
The engagement begins with clear agreement on the review scope, duration and questions it must answer. We examine the program plan, reports and core data, and hold focused sessions with accountable leaders to establish what has been completed, what is in progress and what requires a decision.
02Delivery gap diagnosis
We test the alignment of scope, timing, dependencies, resources and the benefits plan against the program’s actual delivery capacity. The result is a prioritized view of constraints and required decisions, with the effect of each on the target path made clear.
03Re-planning
We re-baseline the program by re-sequencing work, reviewing scope, timing and the benefits plan, and assigning a clear owner to each outcome. Where the revised baseline requires a standing capability for coordination and oversight, the work can continue through PMO & Delivery Offices.
04Approvals and decisions
We identify the decisions required to deliver the plan, the decision owner, the evidence needed and the date by which each decision must be made. Items are routed to the right governance level, from workstream meetings to the steering committee, with a clear escalation path for matters beyond existing authority.
